§ Mr. Donald ThompsonI have received a number of representations from the operators of small flocks about the effect of the monitoring requirements contained in the Testing of Poultry Flocks Order 1989. A new order laying down registration requirements for laying flocks is in preparation, which will also contain provisions on the monitoring of poultry flocks to replace those in the Testing of Poultry Flocks Order.
