§ Mr. Wyn RobertsNone. The strategic plan is the responsibility of South Glamorgan health authority which carried out extensive consultation on it. This culminated in the public being allowed a one-month period to submit comments on the plan to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
