§ Mr. ParkinsonA review of Departmental records indicates that the Department has had two contracts in the last five years with the Halliburton Group subsidiary Brown and Root Vickers Technology Ltd.; in addition, the Department has had contracts with Wharton Williams Ltd., which became a subsidiary of the Halliburton Group in April 1989.
