§ Mr. EggarI refer the hon. Member to the answer given by my right hon. Friend the Lord President to the hon. Member for Barnsley West and Penistone (Mr. McKay) on 27 June. During his visit my right hon. Friend the Minister for Overseas Development signed a memorandum of understanding on environmental co-operation with the Brazilian Government. In addition, we have had a number of detailed discussions at ministerial and official level with the Brazilian authorities on these matters in recent months.
