§ Mr. BrookeA copy of the GDN statement of service requirement is in the Library. The service is provided under the terms of a network agreement, the contract between Her Majesty's Treasury and Racal Data Networks Limited, and of access agreements between individual departments and the contractor. I am not aware of other documents which meet the hon. Member's description.
