§ Mr. RyderThe Government made detailed proposals for re-enacting and updating the powers in sections 1 and 355W 2 as part of their consultations with a large number of organisations on the review of food legislation. We shall be bringing forward a food Bill as soon as the parliamentary timetable permits, which will take account of the responses we have received.
