§ Mr. FreemanWith regard to grants to help disablement organisations, I refer the hon. Member to my reply to the hon. Member for Roxburgh and Berwickshire (Mr. Kirkwood), on 18 April 1989 at columns133–34. Grants to the British Council of Organisations of Disabled People have been as follows:
