§ Mr. DunnachieTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if the Government will be attending the Paris peace conference on Cambodia in July; and if he will make it his policy to oppose a solution which permits the return of the Khmer Rouge.
§ Mr. EggarWe expect to attend the international conference. A central objective of our policy is to prevent the Khmer Rouge returning to power by force and to help bring about a political settlement which enables the Cambodian people to elect a Government of their own choice.
