The Minister of State, Department of the Environment (The Earl of Caithness)The water authorities' unaudited accounts for 1988–89 are to be placed on public deposit in accordance with statutory provisions tomorrow morning. I shall arrange for copies to be placed in the Library of the House. The annual reports and audited accounts will be published later in the summer and laid before Parliament at that time.
