To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will announce the social fund allocation for the new office in New Malden and also the revised allocation for Kingston following the closure of Surbiton local office on 29 June.

On 29 June 1989 a new local office in New Malden opened following the closure of Surbiton local office which also affected the boundaries for Kingston. Accordingly the social fund allocation for Kingston has been adjusted. The revised allocations effective from 29 June 1989 are:
