To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what was(a) the number and (b) the value of mortgages (£000s) on completed disposals for (i) full ownership and (ii) shared ownership by each local authority in Wales, and for Wales as a whole during (1) 1980–81, (2) 1981–82, (3) 1982–83, (4) 1983–84, (5) 1984–85,

(6) 1985–86, (7) 1986–87, (8) 1987–88 and (9) 1988–89;

(2) what was the area of land made available to private developers under licence for building for sale schemes by each local authority in Wales, and for Wales as a whole during (a) 1980–81, (b) 1981–82, (c) 1982–83, (d) 1983–84, (e) 1984–85, (f) 1985–86, (g) 1986–87, (h) 1987–88 and (i)1988–89;

(3) what was the capital sum received from disposals completed during (a) 1980–81, (b) 1981–82, (c) 1982–83, (d) 1983–84, (e) 1984–85, (f) 1985–86, (g) 1986–87, (h) 1987–88 and (i) 1988–89 by each local authority in Wales, and for Wales as a whole, (i) to sitting tenants and (ii) to others for (1) full ownership (2) shared ownership;

(4) what was the number of admitted shared ownership claims withdrawn from each local authority in Wales and for Wales as a whole during (a) 1980–81, (b) 1981–82, (c) 1982–83, (d) 1983–84, (e) 1984–85, (f) 1985–86, (g) 1986–87, (h) 1987–88 and (i) 1988–89;

(5) what was the number of claims to right to shared ownership leases received by each local authority in Wales and for Wales as a whole during (a) 1980–81, (b) 1981–82, (c) 1982–83, (d) 1983–84, (e) 1984–85, (f) 1985–86, (g) 1986–87, (h) 1987–88 and (i) 1988–89;

(6) what was the number of disposals of dwellings built and financed by private developers on local authority owned land for (a) full ownership and (b) shared ownership as a whole during (i) 1980–81, (ii) 1981–82, (iii) 1982–83, (iv) 1983–84, (v) 1984–85, (vi) 1985–86, (vii) 1986–87, (viii) 1987–88 and (ix) 1988–89;

(7) what was the total number of completed disposals of (a) flats and (b) houses for (i) full ownership and (ii) shared ownership by each local authority in Wales and for Wales as a whole during (1) 1980–81, (2) 1981–82, (3) 1982–83, (4) 1983–84, (5) 1984–85, (6) 1985–86, (7) 1986–87, (8) 1987–88 and (9) 1988–89.
