Mr. Pike

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what are the top 20 tourist attractions in the north-west in numbers visiting or attending; and if he will indicate the attendances in each instance for the last year which they are available.

The English Tourist Board's annual survey of visits to tourist attractions gives the following figures for the North West regional tourist board area in 1988:
