§ Mr. MellorWe have already published our proposals for the organisation of health services in the White Paper "Working for Patients". The pattern of care for frail elderly people will evolve over the next few years as these proposals are implemented. We will announce our proposals for future policies on community care, following Sir Roy Griffiths' report "Community Care—An Agenda for Action" before the recess.
