Mr. Kennedy

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if, pursuant to his answer of 25 January to the hon. Member for Ross, Cromarty and Skye, he will indicate(a) the likely time-scale involved in considering the range of options and the financial implications currently before him in respect of the possibility of building a bridge to Skye and (b) whether he proposes any public consultation over the use and level of tolls associated with such a project; and if he will make a statement.
