Mr. JacksonThe university has recently made representations about the cost of repairs to Durham castle, on which my right hon. Friend has seen no case for the supplementation of help available through existing channels. It has also notified us of an outline proposal to establish a college on Teesside which, depending on the outcome of local consultations, may lead to the need for decisions at national level.
