To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will consider an extra costs allowance, for payment to disabled persons who incur extra costs as a result of their efforts to overcome their disability, in line with recommendations made in the Social Security advisory committee's report entitled "Benefits for Disabled Persons: a Strategy for Change."
