(2) on what dates United States Navy submarines, moored at Holy Loch, released coolant from nuclear reactor systems into the waters of the Holy Loch; what was the total quantity of coolant released; what was the average amount of radioactivity per litre of coolant released; and whether any radioactive gases were released by United States Navy submarines on these occasions.
