To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Wakefield,Official Report, 23 January, column 411, how many of the consultant microbiologists or control of infection officers in the Yorkshire area were consulted before the Yorkshire regional health authority made the decision to implement cook-chill catering across the whole region in September 1988.
