§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonSo far as trunk roads are concerned, it would normally be a condition of the contract that the contractor reinstates the site to its former state. However, the road in question is a local road and I would suggest that the hon. Member consults Strathclyde regional council about the contract for the works.
