§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI have today published the report of the second advisory committee for medical manpower planning. The committee's two main recommendations are that there should be no immediate change in the numbers entering medical school and that there should be a standing committee to monitor annually the balance of supply and demand for doctors. The Goverment have accepted both these recommendations. Copies of the report will be placed in the Library.
