§ Mr. MellorWe have issued a range of guidance to regional health authorities, copies of which are in the Library. The objective throughout was to ensure that the clinical grading structure was implemented properly, and in accordance with both the spirit and the letter of the agreement reached by both sides of the nursing and midwifery staffs negotiating council.
