§ Mr. GristProceeds from the sale of surplus NHS land and property in Wales from 1979–80 to 1987–88 have amounted to £10.722 million, of which £0.722 million arose from sales by West Glamorgan Health Authority.
Government policy encourages district health authorities in Wales to dispose of surplus land and property; I he receipts from which may be reinvested to the benefit of patient care.
