§ Mr. SpearingTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what other information, other than that contained in the Water Bill and the forthcoming amendments, notice of which was given on 11 January, he will be sending to, or he expects to be requested by, the Commission of the European Economic Community in respect of prospective legislation relating to take over bids and golden shares in the water industry.
