(2) if he has any plans to list Alexander Fleming house, Elephant and Castle, London SE1 under the Town and Country Planning Acts as a building of architectural significance.
§ Mr. ChopeAlexander Fleming house is a leased building and the landlord has yet to take a final decision about a major refurbishment. I have no plans to list this building under the Town and Country Planning Acts.
