§ Mr. CopeSince the White Paper was published on 5 December over 300 individuals and organisations have written to this Department to inquire about training and enterprise councils. I am very pleased about the positive response from employers who, throughout the country, are already meeting to discuss the formation of training and enterprise councils in their local area.
