§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe Bill will apply to England and Wales. I will be responsible for licensing grounds and for designating which football matches in Wales will be subject to the national membership scheme. I propose to set up at an early date a working party to advise me in Wales as to whether any particular match should be designated.
