asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether the "briefing on the strategic defense initiative" that the NATO Nuclear Planning Group received during its 27th–28th October meeting indicated that the United States Government accepts (a) the four points agreed by the Prime Minister, Mrs. Thatcher, and President Reagan at Camp David and (b) the "strict" interpretation of the ABM Treaty.
