In which health districts each of the 46 outbreaks of salmonella food poisoning attributed to eggs reported in the Department of Health press release of 7th December occurred; and how many people were affected in each outbreak.

Information is not readily available concerning the health districts in which each of the 46 outbreaks occurred. However, a breakdown by health region where outbreaks have been reported and the number of cases involved to date in each is as follows:
