§ Mr. BattleTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list, using 1988–89 prices, for each charging authority area(a) the revenue support grant which would be payable to that area in the first year of safety netting if there was no upper limit to contributions from authorities to the safety net, (b) the revenue support grant which would be payable without safety nets, (c) the difference between (a) and (b) and (d) the average rate payment per adult in 1988–89, showing aggregates, or, where appropriate, averages, for each class of charging authority, for each county or metropolitan area and for each region, respectively.
