To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what agreement he has reached with Ayrshire and Arran health board regarding the responsibility for spending and concerning the application of funds received from the sale of Heathfield, Ayr County and Seafield hospitals, or any part of the three, following the opening of the South Ayrshire hospital.
