§ Mr. LuceI am confident that the substantial and continuing provision of Government support for the arts, and the introduction of schemes of incentive funding, will generate growth in private and corporate funding for the arts activities which I sponsor. I welcome the Arts Council's initiative in its recently published five-year plan, to set targets for the private sector support which it seeks to encourage.
