§ Mr. RidleyNo action has been taken by my Department subsequent to the meeting of my hon. and learned Friend the Minister for Water and Planning and my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health with the chairman of the Lowermoor incident liaison group and the hon. Member for Cornwall, North (Mr. Neale) on 21 December. I am satisfied that the undertakings which my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health gave in relation to the local health concerns will meet the principal worries of people in the Camelford area.
§ Dr. CunninghamTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what correspondence he has received from the European Commission in connection with European law and the provisions in the Water Bill; and if he will make a statement.
