§ Mr. WaldegraveMy right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State hopes to visit the United States as soon as possible after the inauguration of the new President and Administration. He plans to discuss a wide range of issues of mutual interest with his new opposite number and others, including the prospects for east-west relations.
