§ Mr. TrippierThe official consultation period on this paper ended on 7 October although we made clear from the outset that we would receive comments after that date. By Christmas, 325 responses had been received in my Department and the Welsh Office. Of these, 129 respondents indicated that they would like their views to be made publicly available. I have today place a list of those responses in the Libraries of both Houses, through which copies may be obtained.
