§ Mr. EggarWe have made clear to the Bangladesh authorities the level of concern in this country about alleged abuses of rights of the tribal people in the Chittagong hill tracts. We are encouraged by the widespread recognition in Bangladesh of the need to find a political solution to the current problems.
