Lady to the Services Committee's second report of Session 1986–87: "New Parliamentary Building (Phase 2)", HC378, and its first report of Session 1987–88: "New Parliamentary Building (Phase 2): The Next Steps", HC561. Those reports, which were recently considered by the House, recommend certain standards of accommodation for Members and their staff.
