§ Mrs. ChalkerThe Foreign Secretary and I regularly meet with Ministers from other member states at Foreign Affairs Councils the next one of which will be 20–21 March. However, single market issues are normally dealt with in the Internal Market Council which is attended by DTI Ministers. The next IMCs will be on 13 March and 6–7 April.
