§ Mr. MoynihanMy hon. and learned Friend the Minister for Water and Planning is currently discussing the proposed increases in water charges with the companies. Further action, including the option of a reference to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission, will be considered in the light of the outcome of these discussions.
