§ Mr. MellorThe organisations listed in circular HM(54)32 (Legal Proceedings) are the Medical Defence Union, the Medical Protection Society, and the Medical and Dental Defence Union of Scotland. Any enquiries from other organisations seeking to offer indemnity to medical and dental practitioners would be treated in confidence. I am considering what arrangements should be made in future to provide indemnity cover for doctors and dentists employed in the Health Service.
