§ Mr. MoynihanOfficials from my Department met representatives of the National Farmers Union, the Fertiliser Manufacturers Association and the Country Landowners Association on 15 December 1988 prior to the publication on 16 December of the report "The Nitrate Issue". Officials from MAFF and DTI were also present.
