Member for Southwark and Bermondsey dated 12 December, 1988, 28 December 1988 and 6 January, on a matter relating to his constituent, Mr. Charles Pitts, who is a prisoner at Her Majesty's Prison Wandsworth will be answered; and if he will give the reasons why the hon. Member for Southwark and Bermondsey has not received replies to these letters before now.
