§ Mr. MellorRegional health authorities have been asked through the issue of HC(88)43 "Health Services Development—Resource Assumptions and Planning Guidelines" issued July 1988, to prepare for all staff groups manpower supply strategies assessing demand and supply measures necessary to meet assessed demand together with proposed steps to deal with any shortfalls. Also where necessary that supply strategies be linked to training strategies.
