§ Mr. MaudeWithin the United Kingdom, both trichloroethylene and perchloroethylene are produced at one site in Runcorn. I am aware of only four United Kingdom plants for the production of ethylene dichloride; these are at Runcorn, Wilton (Teeside), Fleetwood and Ellesmere port.
