§ Mr. Chris PattenInformation on food supply (calories per capita per day) is included in the FAO production yearbook 1987. Information on daily per capita calorie supply as a percentage of the requirement needed to maintain health is based on figures from FAO and World Bank sources. The estimates for all developing countries taken from those sources are given in the following table.
