What is their estimate of the minimum time it takes to bring an issue before the European Commission of Human Rights.

The Minister of State for Defence Procurement (Lord Trefgarne)

An urgent application will be considered by the Commission at the session following its introduction. The Commission normally holds about nine sessions a year.
