Mr. Jack

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will publish in theOfficial Report the total number of people currently receiving attendance allowance; if he will give a breakdown of the numbers receiving the higher and lower amounts; what are the total costs involved; and if he will give the total number of those receiving the allowance living in private (a) rest homes, and (b) nursing homes.
