To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what is his estimate of how many firms, businesses and employers in the East Londonderry constituency employ more than 25 persons.

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what is his estimate as to how many firms, businesses and employers there are in the areas covered by the Department of Social Security offices at(a) Strabane, (b) Londonderry, (c) Limavady, (d) Magherafelt, and (e) Coleraine which employ more than 25 persons; what is his estimate of the total number of persons employed by all those firms in those areas; and what is the total number of employees in those areas.

Statistics on the number of employees relate to district council, rather than social security office areas. Latest available figures, based on the September 1984 census of employment records, are as follows:
