§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThere is no additional cost as the former Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health is using a room that was vacant pending the refurbishment of the building. The administrative officer spends up to a maximum of three hours a week managing and safeguarding the papers at an approximate cost of £170 for the nine weeks of research.
