§ The Prime MinisterRegulations controlling the composition, advertising and labelling of all cheese offered for sale for human consumption in England and Wales are made jointly under the Food Act by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Health. Regulations also exist in Scotland and Northern Ireland respectively.
