§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe Soviet Union has publicly announced that it will be withdrawing about 24 short range missile systems from the forward area as part of the unilateral withdrawals that they intend to make before 1991. This will be in addition to the complete removal of INF systems under the terms of the INF treaty.
